An exciting opportunity exists for 15 artists with disability to participate in the prestigious exhibition Here and Now 13 at the Lawrence Wilson Gallery in the University of Western Australia.

Exploring the world from a unique viewpoint, Here and Now 13 will showcase the best West Australian contemporary art created by people with disability. This is the chance for artists to develop professionally and obtain new skills. DADAA will provide $500 towards materials and twelve months mentorship with an Emerging Curator. The curator will be trained in New York at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) and League Artist Natural Design (LAND).Studio spaces will also be available at Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA), Fremantle Arts Centre (FAC) and Central TAFE for short periods during the duration of the mentorship.

This exhibition is the culmination of a partnership between the Disability Services Commission (DSC), the Department of Culture and the Arts (DCA), MOMA, LAND and DADAA.
