Mulga Mail, Western Australia's longest running Indigenous newspaper, is aiming to establish itself as the best representative newspaper for all Indigenous people in Western Australia. As part of this vision Mulga Mail will employ a number of Indigenous staff members in various journalistic fields.

In its former guise as Yamaji News, Mulga Mail was establised in 1995 as Western Australia's only Indigenous newspaper. In 2012, under the new name of Mulga Mail, the newspaper will continue its monthly publishing commitment before moving towards fortnightly publication. Mulga Mail will be employing Indigenous reporters, columnists, sub-editors, graphic designers, advertising sales and administration staff.
