EMPLOYMENT | 2017 Cossack Art Awards Internship

The City of Karratha is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their Arts & Culture team as an Intern to assist with the Cossack Art Awards.
This Internship provides a structured work placement and
learning experience as part of the planning and delivery of the
2017 Cossack Art Awards, providing a period of curatorial and art
installation work under the supervision of a qualified professional
and presents the Intern with a training opportunity that combines
theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The Intern will be directly involved with the curation,
installation and associated administration of the 2017 Cossack Art
Awards from Monday 12 June until Friday 25 August.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A genuine interest in the Arts
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- The ability to work full time work during the period
- Study towards a qualification relevant to Arts or another
relevant field would be advantageous however is not essential.
