EOI | City of Joondalup 2017 Community Invitation Art Award

Professional Western Australian artists are invited to submit an expression of interest for the City of Joondalup 2017 Community Invitation Art Award (CIAA).

Entry is open to residents of the City of
Joondalup and current members – or willing to become a member, if
selected – of the Joondalup Community Arts Association (JCAA).

Up to 15 artists will be selected and
invited to exhibit three works in the exhibition and paid a fee of
$500.00 towards the development of their work.

Award Categories

  • Overall Award $7,000 (acquisitive)
  • Runner-Up Award $2,000
  • Award for Excellence $2,000
  • Celebrating Joondalup Award $2,000
  • Popular Choice Award $2,000

How to Enter

All Expressions of Interest must include
the following:

  • An Artist Statement of no more than 500 words;
  • An Artist CV of no more than one page;
  • Six digital images (max 1.4MB) each and each image file must be
    titled with the Artist’s name and title of the work; and
  • Information relating to the six uploaded images (title, medium,
    dimensions, and year created).

There is no charge for submitting an
Expression of Interest.
